The samples will be in cupcake form as we use the same sponge mixtures in cupcakes and layer cakes. If you would like any fillings, these will be in the middle of the cupcakes.
The cupcake sponges still taste the same and are easier to bake for one off batches for freshness rather than batch producing loads of wedding samples and freezing the finger slices we like you to try the cake flavours as fresh as possible just like your Wedding Cake will be :)
These can be collected or posted.
Please note that posted cupcakes will arrive in pods and contain less frosting on them to fit in the pods.
