Do you handle any Wheat or Gluten in your Kitchen?

• We don't handle any wheat or gluten while baking so there is no cross-contamination and all surfaces are cleaned before and after any food preparation as I am highly gluten intolerant myself.

Do you make Cakes?

​

• Yes, we do however these are collection only (Redruth, Cornwall)

• We require a bespoke cake enquiry form to be filled in so we can capture your exact requirements, you can find the form on our bespoke cake page by clicking here

• They are made to order only with minimum one month's lead time

 

Is There a Deposit for Bespoke Cakes?

• Yes a 25% Deposit and you can pay it here after filling in a bespoke cake enquiry form.

Do you offer Delivery / Postage?

​

• Yes we offer UK wide postage on all Traybakes and Cupcakes and Loaf Cakes, however, our Bespoke Cakes are collection only. 

• We currently use Royal Mail & DPD for Delivery. Tracking details will be provided.

• We are not responsible for the delays of third-party courier services such as Royal Mail’s or DPD's or any other courier's service.

• Items will be Dispatched once ready; lead times are currently 7 - 14 working days (Mon - Fri) for despatch of items.

• Orders placed after 4pm, lead times will apply from the next working day. Lead Times do not include weekends.

Do you make Non-gluten-free products?

​

• We only make gluten-free products, however, we have several customers who aren't gluten-free and they say they can't tell any difference. - Check out our reviews on here, Google and on Facebook!

Can We Pay on Collection?

​

• Yes! we have a card reader and can accept the following cards - 

• Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Google pay, Apple pay, Samsung pay, Unionpay, DinnersClub, and Paypal.

• We can also accept Cash and Bank Transfer.

Do you make Personalised Cakes?

• We do indeed, visit our bespoke cakes page and fill out an enquiry form! Unfortunately, due to the nature of bespoke cakes, they are collection only from our little bake house in Redruth, Cornwall, UK

How Can I Store Your Products?

​

• Traybakes & Loaf Cakes - Can be stored in an airtight container and will last 5 - 7 days or can be frozen for up to 6+ months

 

• Cupcakes - Can be stored in an airtight container and will last 5 - 7 days approx.

 

• Bespoke Cakes - Once cut are best stored in an airtight container will last 5 - 7 days or can be frozen for up to 6 months
